4. Governing law and Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of the use of this Site or in connection therewith shall be governed by Laws of India and New Delhi Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any such dispute

6. Payment Mechanism: Our payment mechanism is completely secured, backed by Verisign's 128 bit SSL encryption technology. All payments of transactions regarding any services or products offered by www.training.com shall be through ICICI Bank. Where fees accrues it shall be payable at or within such time as stated in the invoice(s) issued by www.training.com to the User.
* * The fees shall be paid by the User on demand. In case the user disputes the same for any reason whatsoever, he shall make the payment towards the fees accrued subject to the decision of www.training.com on the dispute. In the event of www.training.com's the dispute in the User's favour, www.training.com shall refund to the User any excess amount paid by the User free of interest.
* * Any delay in the payment by the User of any sums due under this Agreement, www.training.com shall have the right to charge interest on the outstanding amount from the date the payment became due until the date of final payment by the User.

9. Additional Terms for the Users who are students registered with www.training.com In addition to all the terms and conditions mentioned/specified above the students registered with www.training.com are bound by the following additional terms:
a. A student registered with www.training.com is one who has purchased any of the learning services of www.training.com. All www.training.com students who are completing a part of their learning at www.training.com are also deemed students of www.training.com.
b. Registered Users, who have not purchased any of our learning services but are using our FREE online course and FREE Learning Suite are also deemed to be students of www.training.com.
c. www.training.com is not liable for any claims arising out of differences in pricing ofwww.training.com course prices in different countries. www.training.com reserves rights to price promotions and products differently for international customers based on the country of registration.
d. All dates and times are 0000 hrs IST of the said date.
e. www.training.com reserves the right to withdraw courses, change the prices and the duration without notice. However, in case a student is already accessing a course - then the original terms and conditions shall apply.
f. In case of any special promotions www.training.com reserves the right to revise the period of promotion and the promotional offerings without any prior notice. However, in case students are already accessing a product/service of www.training.com that is a part of the promotion then the original terms and conditions apply.
g. By registering as a student of www.training.com you represent and undertake that you:
Have read and understood all the pre-requisites & requirements of the course as is mentioned/ specified in Course Catalogue details.
o Installed the software as per specification provided in System Requirements in the Course Catalogue Details.
o Have the hardware as per specification provided in System Requirements in the Help and FAQ's section.
8. The number of hours or duration as specified in the course catalogue, except in the case of promotional packs which comprise more than one course, has been designed after validating the online course with a wide range of user profile. An individual user may take more or less time depending on dynamic factors that control his individual learning style. The learning time granted for a particular course is indicated in the course catalog and the course will expire after that and will no longer be accessible.
h. For an Online purchase (credit card) the date of purchase will be taken as the date of course activation. In case of an Offline purchase (cheque/Demand Draft) the date of receiving payment will be taken as the date of course activation.
i. The information on the www.training.com's server as to the status of start of the course shall be deemed to be final. For every course, there is an expiry period after which you can no longer access the course material. You are expected to make a note of the expiry date & www.training.com takes no responsibility whatsoever the course expiry date is over. The norms of service mentioned under a promotional plan supersede the general norms of service. The expiry date for a promotion supersedes the expiry date mentioned on any individual course.
j. t the end of Individual courses, a user may seek a course extension on payment of a pre-formulated nominal fee. www.training.com reserves the right to withdraw, change pricing or duration with out any prior notice. www.training.com reserves the right to restrict this option to certain individual courses.
k. www.training.com retains all copyright for the courses offered on the Site and grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to use the copyrighted course material. You should not disassemble, unpackaged, and distribute in any manner any part of the courses.
l. Upon satisfactory performance in all the modules and at the end of the course, the student of www.training.com will be awarded an e-certificate of participation. As a student, you will be eligible for the e-certificate, once you complete the course or have submitted your feedback at course completion. The eligibility for the certificate of participation may get modified from time to time and it is your responsibility to keep updated with the same.
m. The fee once paid for the online courses offered by www.training.com on this website shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
n. A student of www.training.com is expected to show continued & participative interest in the course that he has undertaken to do.
o. The student of www.training.com undertakes to arrange for the infrastructure if any of the courses have Lab sessions. www.training.com shall not be responsible for providing the infrastructure or any other facility that are provided by www.training.com.
p. www.training.com makes every effort to ensure that your vLab sessions are available to your at your convenience and you benefit from the same.
q. By accepting to undertake the courses at www.training.com, you represent and warrant that you shall complete the course within the prescribed time limit or any extension specifically granted. After the end of the stipulated time, you cannot avail of any of the services offered to you as a student of the corresponding course.
Besides the learning component contained within the course, www.training.com through www.training.com also offers to all its students services like Practice Assignments, Career Counseling, Experts Answers, Tech Updates, which are aimed at enhancing the student's learning. These services, though not mandatory for any course at www.training.com are still strongly recommended. These services are complimentary for users for a specific period of time after which some of these are paid services. The product catalog for paid services is accessible on the Site from time to time.
10. Refund policy: The fee once paid for the online courses offered by www.training.com on this Site shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
11. Amendment in terms of use: "Amendment" means amendment made by www.training.com in the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Please note that these Terms of use may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent, and we expect most such changes will be minor. Regardless, we will post any Policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice. Each version of this Policy will be identified at the top of the page by its effective date.
